I have installed Oracle 19c Db on one PC, and from my PC I want connect to it, My PC is Windows 10 64 bit, but because my develeloping application is 32 bit I install ODBC 32 bit. ALso Visual C redist.is 32 bit. Installing the Oracle client (32-bit) The Oracle installation script is a shell script that you can use to install the Oracle server, Oracle client software, or patches to existing installations of the Oracle server and client. Perform the following to configure the listener and naming methods. Oracle Instant Client Zip ¶. To run ODPI-C applications with Oracle Instant Client zip files: Download an Oracle 19, 18, 12, or 11.2 “Basic” or “Basic Light” zip file: 64-bit or 32-bit, matching your application architecture.

3.1Downloading and Installing the Oracle Database Client Software
Download and install Oracle Database Client 11g Release 2 by completing the following steps:
Download the Instant Client for Mac OS X (Intel) (32-bit and 64-bit) package from the Instant Client Downloads page on Oracle Technology Network at
Create a directory on your computer, for example,
instantclient. Choose a directory to install the Oracle Instant Client and unzip the downloaded zip file in that directory. The unzipped file creates theinstantclient_11_2directory.Set the
DYLD_LIBRARY_PATHand theNLS_LANGenvironment variables to the full path of theinstantclient_11_2directory. For example, if you unzipped the Instant Client zip file in the/bin/oracledirectory, then set theDYLD_LIBRARY_PATHenvironment variable to/bin/oracle/instantclient_11_2.Refer to 'Instant Client Light Requirements' for information about setting the
NLS_LANGenvironment variable to the required character set.This completes the installation of Oracle Database Client. To connect to the Oracle Database server, run your client from the Oracle Database Instant Client environment.
3.2Removing the Oracle Database Client Software
To remove the Oracle Database Client software, delete the instantclient_11_2 directory.
